Pidy is delighted to be returning to the Universal Cookery & Food Festival (UCFF) for the second consecutive year. Following on from the successful event in Padstow in 2017, we are looking forward to September when hundr

eds of chefs will descend on the Westlands site in the heart of Worcestershire. UCFF offers a fantastic opportunity to network with other likeminded individuals, sample some of the latest ingredients and new products and take part in a range of fantastic activities to help gain an understanding of the process of getting food from the environment it is grown or reared to the plate. UCFF is the ultimate food experience - designed for chefs, by chefs and we believe that our Pidy products complement this type of event. With each exhibitor coming together, offering different products and services that go together hand in hand, events like this not only provide a great day out of the kitchen, but also help to make chefs lives that little bit easier, supplying them with everything they need to ensure their kitchen is the best in the business.

For UCFF 2018, we are delighted to be displaying our latest, award-winning pastry, including specialities from our gluten free and vegan ranges, alongside our brand new, innovative, mussel shells and traditional favourites such as our large vol-au-vents and sweet trendy products.
