It has been a rather strange start to the year and not one we wish to repeat but rather than dwell on the negatives we have been busy in other ways. With sustainability and stopping food waste being high on the priority list we have been having some very exciting conversations about our buttermilk, which is essentially a by-product of the butter process but it is far from a waste product.
On the farm, the boys have been busy on the land rolling the grass and getting the nectar flower mix established for the bees this Summer. Spring has definitely sprung here and the children have also adopted six little abandoned lambs which are currently in our garden! Look out for our big sale on the online farm shop while our customers and businesses get back on their feet.
