Jestic are supporting UCFF 2019

Jestic is once again delighted to be supporting the Universal Cookery & Food Festival (UCFF) - the special food festival, designed for chefs by chefs. This year’s event will be held on the 25th June at Farrington Oils, in Northamptonshire and will focus on sustainability, alongside complementary issues such as Brexit, crowd funding and local heroes.

With food and drink available all day for the hungry chefs, Alan Paton, along with Jestic’s own Culinary Director, Michael Eyre and their culinary teams, will be using a variety of Jestic equipment to produce the delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners.

Our Josper and Wood Stone ovens will demonstrate the potential of solid fuel cooking, and deliver restaurant quality food in a festival environment, we will also showcase the innovative Winston C-Vap cook and hold ovens, putting them through their paces throughout the day along with the Henny Penny pressure fryer and our new Butcherquip smoker.

Don’t miss this truly unique industry event - which provides chefs with an exclusive opportunity to get out of the kitchen and rub shoulders with local farmers, foragers, growers, and suppliers, in addition to networking with some of the industry's top insiders and colleagues. There will also be a falconry display, a chance to try your hand at clay pigeon shooting, plus farm and foraging tours.

We are thoroughly looking forward to what promises to be another enjoyable and informative UCFF at the home of Farrington Oils near Wellingborough and we are delighted to be a part of it again in 2019. To book your tickets click here.
