Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of 50% + VAT will be invoiced immediately, with the balance being paid a full 30 days in advance of the UCFF Event. Stands booked within 15 days of the event will be invoiced in full. All stands must be paid in full prior to event. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the right to exhibit.


Cancellation Terms

All exhibitors are required to give written notice of intention to cancel their contract subject to the payment of a percentage of the total contract price by the exhibitor to McCullough Moore Ltd as consideration for release from the contract as follows: 50% – between 3 to 6 months prior to the exhibition date. 100% – within 3 months prior to the exhibition date.

The information you provide upon submitting your booking form may be used for direct marketing purposes by us. If you do not wish it to be used for such purposes please write to us at the administration office at UCFF. Meadow Court, Faygate Lane, Horsham RH12 4SJ

Stand choices will be available on a first come, first served basis, in order of completed forms received. Some prices are restricted to artisan, local or regional producers only. Please contact the organisers if you wish to see the qualifying criteria.
