Bonemasters Global has worked hard to uphold the changes that have taken place since Brexit, which has affected the UK. The UK culinary market is held in extremely high regard, and we intend to pay close attention to this special and thriving market to ensure we can continue to deliver our high-quality products.
Bonemasters Global, is the culmination of over 20 years industry experience and is pioneering the way for natural and high-quality stock and stock reduction manufacturing for a commercial market worldwide. We produce a range of Stock, Jus and Glace that host a unique and powerful flavour profile. Our products are created using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, combined with a traditional open kettle reduction process to produce an incomparable quality product.
Not only are we a ucff Gold Sponsor for 2025, we are also one of the Headline Sponsors for the 2025 Young National Chef of the Year. In the words of our CEO Conrad Brown

“Taking part in Young National Chef of the Year requires commitment, dedication, and a hunger to learn and I believe these are traits that define success in the culinary world” Conrad begins, “These traits also align with the ethos we hold at Bonemasters. As specialist producers of high-quality, natural stocks, glaces, and jus that are designed specifically for professional kitchens, we focus on traditional craftsmanship, delivering consistent and exceptional results. But Bonemasters success in our chosen field would not have been possible without the same foundation of commitment, drive and dedication.
“Young chefs are the future of this profession. They will be the leaders, changemakers and innovators. The ones who will shape the sector in the decades to come. Every new generation of professionals brings forth new ideas and I believe that Bonemasters have a duty to invest and support young chefs as they make their way through their careers.
“The UK has been consistently producing exceptional culinary talent for several decades and it is thanks, in part, to competitions such as Young National Chef of the Year. For me, becoming joint headline sponsor of this competition is a privilege. We have committed to the role for the next three years and we have some truly exciting events planned both in the lead up to the finals and for the winner’s prize”
