Tom is a Livestock Farmer by trade and has a HND in Agriculture and a MSc in Food Policy. Since leaving farming Tom has held senior positions in Food Manufacturing, retail, and catering, and for the last two decades campaigned for a better food system. Most recently Tom was CEO for the Rare Breeds Survival Trust, championing eating rare breed farm animals to save them and the planet!
