Operations Director Paul Ainsworth No.6 Moving to Padstow from Plymouth 8 years ago Alex is a firm part of the Paul Ainsworth family, he began at No.6 where his passion for customer service as well as his knowledge for food and wine soon saw him become restaurant manager. More recently Alex moved into the role of Operations director and has an invaluable knowledge of the overall business’s being able to support, Paul Ainsworth at No.6, Rojano’s in the Square and Padstow Townhouse. His strong desire is to provide a great experience for everyone who visit’s us as well as overseeing the development of the business and being on hand for teams to learn from along the way.
