Lee Maycock is the founder and Chef Director of LBM Food Solutions Ltd. A culinary consulting business that develops catering strategies to all the hospitality sectors with an innovative approach to creating & delivering commercially viable business solutions. The company was launched 10 years ago to deliver food service solutions to an operationally diverse client base after a career in establishments such as The Ritz London and Le Manoir Aux Quat Saison. Lee is also Chef Director of the Craft Guild of Chefs and co-founder of the Universal Cookery and Food Festival.
