Luke French is Head Chef & Co-owner of Restaurant Jöro in Sheffield, England, run by himself and his partner Stacey. It’s a unique restaurant set in 4 up-cycled shipping containers, serving seasonal plates with unusual flavour combinations and methods that draw on New Nordic cuisine.
