Whitstable Harbour Gin is a coastal brand established by Darren, landlord of the ‘Old Neptune’ pub in Whitstable and barmaid Justine. When customers kept asking for a local gin the pair set about creating a coastal London Dry. After its success they went on to develop a Kentish Pink, winning ‘Kent Spirit of the Year’ at this year’s ‘Taste of Kent Awards’. Supporters of the brand include Nigel Bardon, Ryan Jacovides (Pomus Margate) and Joel Harrison (Author of the World Atlas of Gin).
