Known is for creating innovative sauces and ketchups over the past few years Alan has been able to create and develop some new and exciting ideas using British pork and a range of street food recipes, which have been greatly received across the industry. Alan is a mentor for springboard future chef and mentored one of this years finalists, also as a Master Craftsman of the Craft Guild of Chefs. In recent years Alan has won a number of accolades in food development, demonstrating twice at the highly respected Skills for Chefs Conference, mentoring a team of chefs in the Skills for Chefs Young Restaurant Team, and will again act as the UCFF house chef at this year's festival.
The Universal Cookery and Food Festival isn't like other festivals - we offer our delegates free food and drink all day - Breakfast - Lunch & Dinner!
With a day filled with delegates buzzing around the UCFF festival, Alan Paton and his team will be working hard to keep our guests fed and watered throughout the day, and with our exhibitors, sponsors and supporters all helping out to supply a range of wonderful ingredients - we are looking forward to announcing this year's UCFF menu.
