Billie is the founder and Managing Director of leading events management company McCullough Moore. Starting the agency back in 2005, Billie has established McCullough Moore as the food service and catering industry's go to event specialists, and for many has been instrumental in supporting business and founding bodies throughout the industry across Britain and the world. Partnering with professional chefs Lee Maycock, Ian Nottage and John Feeney, Billie's role defines how the Universal Cookery and Food Festival is delivered providing the event with exceptional experience, logistical management and a smooth delivery.
